Flavorworld

5.01

This trip, Guy Fieri's diving into a world of flavor! In Calgary, Alberta, a family-run spot is bringing Asian and Mediterranean influence to a cheffed-up menu, dishing out delectable duck confit Monte Cristo and funkalicious fish and chips. Then, a top-tier Thai joint in Reno, Nev., is perfecting pork for a serious stir-fry and next-level noodle soup. Plus, there's lights-out Latin in Asheville, N.C., serving out-of-bounds arepas topped with righteous ropa vieja, pernil, and more.
