Pure Street Food Noodle Bar (Calgary, Alta. Canada) • Porch (St. Simons Island, Ga.) This trip Guy's headed north and south for some savory dishes. First, a Calgary spot wowin' locals with scratch-made street food like killer phở and a crispy sando with an out-of-bounds, off-the-hook dippin' sauce. And in coastal Georgia, a joint puttin' its spin on Nashville hot chicken with a side of spicy shrimp.
