5.01

Oohhs & Aahhs Gourmet Deli (Washington DC), The Brick (Kansas City, MO), The Lobster Shanty (Salem, MA) This trip Guy checks out some serious scratch cooking. In Washington, DC, a soul food joint serving up chicken wings smothered in house made buffalo sauce. In Kansas City, Missouri, a live music spot cranking out a bacon-wrapped, beer-battered, deep-fried hot dog. And in Salem, Massachusetts, a seafood shack doing a lobster martini ... and yes, it comes with a claw.
