Property Rush is a turn-based property-trading board game played in a web browser on the Boardit site. Two to six players share one table, each on their own phone or computer, joined by a short room code. Players move around a board of cities grouped by country, buy the cities they land on and collect rent from opponents. Owning a whole country doubles its rent, declined cities go to auction, and a player short of rent owes the rest and raises it by mortgaging, selling or trading. There are no computer opponents. With no round limit the last player still in wins; with a limit set by the host, the richest player wins.
